Volunteers and customers enjoyed a mini-celebration of the new MABS Furniture store’s first month of trading. “We’ve had some excellent results and I couldn’t be happier with our first month” said Sue Thomason, Manager of the MABS Cancer Centre and the furniture store. “We are overwhelmed with the generosity of the public and the success” she said.
Sarah from the Little English Cake Company provided a delicious, giant cup cake for the ‘Guess the Weight’ contest and MABS Volunteer, Sue Savage, was the lucky winner. She took the cake to 4 year old Gracie and 6 month old Libby, so that they could share and enjoy it with their friends.
